Rays awesomeness watch, election edition
Appearing on "The Colbert Report" tonight, baseball statistician Nate Silver of FiveThirtyEight.com compared Obama to the Rays -- and McCain to the Seattle Pilots.

But didn't the Seattle Pilots turn into an occasionally (such as this year) half-decent team?
Me, I'd compare McCain to the St. Louis Browns--except that their successors are also occasionally half-decent (but not this year).
